Are you kidding? Is this guy talking about having people going from a 15 yr mortgage to 40 yrs. Has anyone thought about the total amount paid for the house once the mortgage payment are over. If you pay a mortgage for 40yrs that means you will pay at least 4 times the original price of the house. STP if you cannnot pay for the house let it go!
