What is my next move ? should i file a Notice to Dismiss? should I Subpoena them for all entries and records to show if at any time their money was at risk? AS i know it never was and never will be due to federal policy they can NOT lend money so no money was ever at risk. They were paid in full when that original note was signed of which they stamped the back , thus altering it , to deposit it and never be seen again . Thus being sold on the secondary market to investors and bond holders. They are NOT the real pary in interest.
